IS THE BASS DRUM HEAD INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes - the prices seen on the Prices page include the 22" drum head. Additional costs only apply when you select a specific Remo or Evans bass drum head instead.
HOW SHOULD I SEND ROCK DRUMMERS MY ARTWORK?
The easiest way to send your design is by e-mail. Due to the size of the file attachment, you might need to use YouSendIt (free for files up to 100MB). Alternatively, we're happy to receive designs via DropBox or any other methods, including on a CD via the post.
WHAT ARTWORK FORMATS ARE ACCEPTED?
Rock Drummers accepts JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF, EPS, AI and PDF. Designs must be supplied at 300dpi and at full scale. For example, a 22" bass drum head needs to be designed at real size. Please apply 0.5" bleed room around your design.
CAN I DOWNLOAD A BASS DRUM HEAD TEMPLATE TO CREATE MY OWN ARTWORK?
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TWO COLOURS AND FULL COLOUR?
Two colour printing can be any two colours. Full colour printing can be a combination of any number of colours you choose, but must be created in CMYK mode. Designs with gradients are full colour because of the number of colours making up the gradient.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY CUSTOM BASS DRUM HEAD?
Rock Drummers aims to return your custom bass drum head within 7-10 working days. If you have an urgent requirement for a custom printed bass drum head then please do ask though - we sometimes send by Special Delivery for rush jobs.
WHAT SIZE HOLE CAN I HAVE IN MY BASS DRUM HEAD?
If you would like a mic hole inserted then please email us upon placing your order. The standard hole size we will insert is 5" (diameter). Please tell us if you want to have a different hole size. Remember, you'll need to take the hole size into consideration when creating your design. You can have the hole wherever you want it. If you don't want a hole then that is fine too. Bass Drum 0 hole reinforcers are available for £14.99.
